How to play: Starting at 10:00 AM CDT on August 20, 2024, and running through 11:59 PM CDT on August 22, 2024, enter for a chance to win two (2)  VIP admission tickets to the Kameron Marlowe performance at JOE’S LIVE 5441 Park Place Rosemont, IL on September 14, 2024 (doors at 7:00 PM,   and a One Hundred Dollar Visa gift card by following Kameron Marlowe on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/Kameronmarlowe/ and Joe’s Live on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/joesrosemont/, (“Promotion Site”) and comment by tagging a friend in the comment section of the Instagram post from Joe’s Live on August 20, 2024.  One (1) winner will be randomly selected and notified by Instagram direct message (alternative method of entry participants will be notified by email) at or about 5:00 PM CDT August 26, 2024.  The winner must respond and accept the prize within 24 hours to remain eligible.  Limit one (1) entry per Instagram user. To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Kameron Marlowe Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 105, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by August 22, 2024, and received by 5:00 PM CDT August 26, 2024. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 21 years-of-age or older. Void in New York, Florida and where prohibited or restricted in any way by law. Employees of Rosemont Ventures LLC (“Sponsor”), Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Prize and Odds: Prize: Two (2) VIP (preferred viewing) admission tickets, with a total approximate retail value of $287.14 including tickets, fees and taxes ($143.57 x 2), for September 14, 2024 Kameron Marlowe performance at Joe’s Live (doors at 7:00 PM) located at 5441 Park Place Rosemont, IL 60018 and a $100.00 Visa gift card with a total approximate retail value of $100.00 (restrictions may apply-see back of card for all restrictions.  The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $387.14. One winner will be randomly chosen. Tickets/passes will be available at the will call window on the day of the performance. Sponsor reserves the right to change the date of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability or for any reason in their sole discretion.  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional notice or compensation. No prize includes alcoholic beverages, travel, or transportation of any kind. Sponsor will report the value of the prize as required by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning prize are based on the number of entries received.  How to claim your prize: The winner will be sent an Instagram direct message with directions to contact Sponsor team by email or phone to confirm prize acceptance/retrieval. Should a mail in participant be selected as the winner, they will be contacted by telephone or email in the discretion of Sponsor. Once notified, the winner will have 24 hours to respond and provide their email to remain eligible. Winner will retrieve tickets on site day of show and will be required to present a valid government issued ID to claim prize. If prize notification is undeliverable or if chosen winner fails to respond/accept prize within the stated time, or fails in any way to comply with redemption instructions, such prize will be considered forfeited by the Sponsor within their sole discretion.  Sponsor shall then have the right but not the obligation to randomly select another winner. General: Winner will be required to present a valid I.D. to collect prize. No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Not valid for credit or refunds of any kind. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes do not include alcoholic beverages. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all decisions of Sponsor. By accepting prizes, winners agree to release Rosemont Ventures LLC (Sponsor), and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or any prize related activity.
